The Prosecutor of the Republic Deltan Dallagnol alert that Brazil must recognize that corruption is not a problem of a party or a government. "It is systemic," he says. He condemns the partisan speech "or the illusory belief" that the country will overcome the misdeeds with changing governments or parties. "We need systems and healthy institutions. History shows that corruption has no color or party. "
