PF fulfills warrants in Campinas city against billionaire fraud scheme
A Polícia Federal, com o apoio da Receita Federal, realiza na manhã desta quinta-feira[22.09] uma operação para reprimir crimes de evasão de divisas, lavagem de dinheiro e associação criminosa, entre 2017 a 2021, e que ainda persistem.
Os policiais cumprem as ordens judiciais em sete estados. Em São Paulo, são cumpridos mandados na capital, Guarulhos, Franca, Santo André, Mogi das Cruzes, Barueri e Campinas, onde, segundo a PF, são quatro mandados.
São 101 determinações judiciais expedidas pela 6ª Vara Criminal de São Paulo. Ao todo, são duas de prisão preventiva, 37 mandados de busca e apreensão, sendo 22 pessoas físicas e 15 jurídicas. Além dos mandados de busca e apreensão, foi determinado o bloqueio de bens e valores dos investigados no valor aproximado de R$ 1,247 bilhão. Também foi determinado a 28 Exchanges, com atuação no Brasil e no exterior, o sequestro de ativos virtuais titularizados pelos investigados e que, eventualmente, estejam na posse dessas. (...)
