Chinese bank account financial institution closes North Korea

The closing is the first significant step and publicly announced by a Chinese entity to contain its relations with North Korea, following international pressure to punish Pyongyang for its programs prohibited ballistic missile and nuclear.

I think it's really a very remarkable action, "said Zhang Liangui, an expert on North Korea at the Central Party School of China, adding that Bank of China was probably worried about their reputation and thus closed the account.
