Ferrari FF megafactories - Nat Geo Documentary
Automobile documentation mega-factories. Published on Oct 22 of 2017. The FF shares the design language of contemporary Ferraris, including the 458 Italia rear lights and the double circular taillights seen on the 458 and 599 GTB Fiorano. Designed under the direction of Lowie Vermeersch, ex-design director at Pininfarina and Flavio Manzoni Ferrari's Styling Center, work on the shot brake concept started initially after the creation of the 2007 Sintesi show car. Different styling elements include a great grid of egg cartons and defined side skirts and four exhaust tips. The firing brake configuration is a departure from the conventional wedge shape of modern Ferraris and the FF has been compared to the 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Drogo race car in a similar way.
