Regions Groups has been tasked with designing, building and running three theme parks in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Yekaterinburg, covering a total area of 10.7 million square feet. The company will be the sole investor in the project and has pledged to invest around $3 billion in the construction of the theme parks.

What will the theme parks offer?

The parks, which will be Europe’s largest year-round indoor entertainment zones, will feature:

• mixed-use theaters, concert halls and 4-D movie theaters[;]
• hotels and a shopping areas[;]
• 11,000 parking spaces[;]
• characters from “Shrek,” “Madagascar,” “Kung Fu Panda,” and “How To Train Your Dragon,” among other films[.]

Moreover, the height of each park will be 35 meters, comparable to a 13-floor building, in order to give visitors the sense of being outdoors.

The story goes that in the year 753 BC, Romulus founded the city of Rome, the birthplace of the Roman Empire. Although later known as the city of Sevens Hills has occupied the Palatine, Quirinal, Capitoline, Aventine, Virinal, Esquelino and Celia hills. Thanks to their perception, geese capitol entered history as a symbol of defense, surveillance and guard.
