He (Citrus limonia Osbeck) is not exactly like Sicilian lemon, but an acid lime as Galician and Tahiti. Originating in India, it is probably a hybrid of true lemon with tangerine, but botanically, is grouped among the acid limes and their best interest is as a rootstock for other citrus, since it is resistant to a range of common diseases in the genre.

For this also, lemon-horse, lemon-hick. And for us, we want to use it in the kitchen, no matter whether it is a sweet lemon, a file or an acidic tangerine.
