[*NAMASTE!!!]
*something like "God what is in my heart welcomes the inhabiting your" in Sanskrit! "HELLO". It is mainly used in India and Nepal by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists. In the Indian and Nepalese cultures, the word is spoken at the beginning of a verbal or written communication. However, the gesture made with hands folded is done without being accompanied by words when parting. In yoga, namaste is something that will tell the instructor and that in this situation, it means "I am your humble servant."
Literally means "I bow before thee"; the word comes from the Sanskrit Nama, "bow", "make a reverential salutation," and (you), "you." The word "Namaha" takes the form Sandhi "Namas" before the sound "t".
When told the other person, it is usually accompanied by a slight bow made with both hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointed upwards, in the center of the chest. The gesture may be performed silently, having the same meaning.
