Artigo 1° – Serão considerados pontos facultativos nas repartições públicas estaduais, no ano de 2023: (Article 1 - The following will be considered optional points in state public offices, in the year 2023:)
I – 20 de fevereiro, segunda-feira – Carnaval;
II – 21 de fevereiro, terça-feira – Carnaval;
III – 22 de fevereiro, quarta-feira de cinzas (ponto facultativo até às 12 horas);
IV – 8 de junho, quinta-feira – Corpus Christi;
V – 9 de junho (sexta-feira, em seguida ao feriado de Corpus Christi);
VI – 8 de setembro (sexta-feira, em seguida ao feriado da Independência do Brasil);

Artigo 2º – Os feriados declarados em lei municipal de que tratam os incisos II e III do artigo 1º e do artigo 2º da Lei federal nº 9.093, de 12 de setembro de 1995, serão observados pelas repartições públicas estaduais nas respectivas localidades.
Artigo 3º – Os dirigentes das autarquias estaduais e das fundações instituídas ou mantidas pelo Poder Público poderão adequar o disposto neste decreto às entidades que dirigem.
Artigo 4º – Às repartições públicas estaduais que prestam serviços essenciais e de interesse público, que tenham o funcionamento ininterrupto, não se aplica o disposto neste decreto.
Artigo 5º – Caberá às autoridades competentes de cada Secretaria de Estado e da Procuradoria Geral do Estado fiscalizar o cumprimento das disposições deste decreto.
Artigo 6º – Este decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
