Ahmad Massoud’s Resistance Forces Claim To Have Killed 350 Taliban Fighters In Battle For Panjshir [with music]
CRUX. Posted Sep. 1, 2021. Fighting has reportedly resumed in the Panjshir valley [Vale de Panjshir] between the Taliban and resistance forces after negotiations failed. Reports suggest that talks between the Taliban and Resistance forces remained inconclusive. According to local reports, clashes erupted between the Taliban and the National Resistance Front (NRF) on August 31. The NRF reportedly claims that it has killed over 350 Taliban fighters and 40 others were captured. The resistance forces in Panjshir reportedly hit Taliban fighters as they tried to enter the valley through Gulbahar.
