Dolorita é mãe da escritora Taciana Guerra, que também perdeu um filho em acidente aéreo. Ela, aliás, é autora do livro "Um milagre de Medjugorje", no qual dedica um capítulo à morte do filho de Alckmin, batizado de"Amigos, joias preciosas". O pré-candidato à Presidência e a mulher também ganharam exemplar da obra.
