Durante a passagem por Caruaru, sexta (22), Lu e Geraldo Alckmin receberam, das mãos da artista Dolorita Guerra, um quadro que ela fez do filho do casal, Thomaz, que faleceu num acidente aéreo. Dolorita é mãe da escritora Taciana Guerra, que também perdeu um filho em acidente aéreo. Ela, aliás, é autora do livro "Um milagre de Medjugorje", no qual dedica um capítulo à morte do filho de Alckmin, batizado de"Amigos, joias preciosas". O pré-candidato à Presidência e a mulher também ganharam exemplar da obra.

Nesta tarde, Ex-Secretária Chefe da Casa Militar e Coordenadora Estadual de Defesa Civil, Cel PM Helena dos Santos Reis, reunificada com Cel PM Marcelo Salles, Exmo Comandante Geral da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo. Foi uma visita oficial que faz parte do novo Comandante. Estava acompanhado do Ten Cel Ézio, Diretor do Departamento Administrativo da CMil. O objetivo da reunião foi de estreitar, ainda mais, os laços de parceria entre a Secretaria da Casa Militar do Governador e a nossa Instituição Bandeirante. Participou da reunião do Cel PM Alencar (Subcmt PM), Cel PM Marcus Vinicius (Subchefe EM) e Cel PM Guilarducci (Ch 1 Seção do EM / PM).
