PLANEJAMENTO PARA ESTACIONAMENTOS E NOVAS REPRESAS:

Todas as represas do Sistema Cantareira deverão ser ESTACIONAMENTOS;

Levando em consideração a posição estratégica da região metropolitana de São Paulo e Campinas, cujo Sistema Cantareira abastece 15 milhões de pessoas; fazer um PLANEJAMENTO para construção de represas em outras localidades, CONSIDERANDO:
