Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order conferring the honorary title of City of Military Glory on the city of Khabarovsk. Khabarovsk received this honorary title in recognition of the courage, steadfast spirit and mass heroism its defenders showed in the fight for their Fatherland’s freedom and independence.
